Brown Bag Popcorn

I want to share with you my way of making popcorn. If your like me, I love to eat popcorn during family video nights. I think the store bag popcorn is great, but a little expensive. I can do without the preservatives also. It's easy, inexpensive, and the kids will enjoy helping you make this.

Ingredients: 1/2 c. popcorn kernels, 1 tsp. vegetable oil( I use olive), 1 tsp. salt(I use popcorn salt), and a brown lunch bag.

Mix kernels and oil together. Add to brown bag. Add salt, and toss. Fold top of bag over once, and staple. Place in microwave on high for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. It's done! In the grocery store you can find all kinds of different popcorn toppers like cheddar cheese. My kids usually make their own special favored bag to enjoy during the movie. Next time I hope to share with you brown bag caramel popcorn! Enjoy!!!
