No attack really. It's just the rising process went a little crazy. I was making Oat Flour Bread, Whole wheat, and the monkey's favorite Soft Buttermilk Bread.

This loaf didn't last long. We goobled it up with jam, and this ended up being dinner for the whole family. Here's the book again below...
